This Pouilly-Fumé has an intense nose offering notes of citrus fruit, with background vegetal hints. The palate is full of fresh citrus flavours with a minerality on the finish.
Grown on South-West facing hillsides in the Loire Valley, on vines with an average age of 28 years old. The vines are planted on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, a soil type which is synonymous to areas of the Loire Valley and Burgundy wine regions in France, and used especially for finer wines.
