We aim to offer next working day delivery as standard providing your order is placed before 11 am. Please note this is not a guaranteed service and may take longer during busy periods. For orders under £70, a delivery charge of £5.95 will apply for deliveries to Mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands For orders over £70 delivery is free to Mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands. We do not deliver outside of the UK. We can offer a delivery service to the Scottish Highlands, unfortunately, a delivery surcharge will apply due to high courier costs and the nature of the products which we send. Local North East DeliveryLocal North East delivery is free for orders over £40 (£3 under) to the following postcodes: NE13-24, NE31-66, TS1-29, DL1-17, SR1-8. Local North East Delivery is free for orders over £20 (£3 under) to the following postcodes: DH1-9, NE1-12, NE25-30. We will email you with details of your delivery day if your address qualifies for this service. Please allow up to 7 days for Local North East delivery (we aim to beat this, however, our network only covers some areas once a week)
