This fruity cabernet sauvignon red wine is ideal for serving alongside your Sunday roast. It also works wonderfully well on steak night, or paired with a rich tuna dish for a midweek supper.
Open the bottle a few hours before service to allow the wine to breathe. You can use a decanter to aid aeration and remove any sediment. Serve at room temperature in a large glass to allow plenty of air to reach the surface of the wine and release those gorgeous aromas.
