Delivery Information

Delivery Costs:

We offer next day delivery as standard. As long as you place your order before 1pm you will receive your item the next working day. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. 

For orders under £70 a delivery charge of £7.99 will apply for deliveries to Mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands

For orders over £70 delivery is free to Mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands.

We do offer a delivery service to the Scottish Highlands however a delivery surcharge will apply due to high courier costs and the nature of the products which we send. Please email info@thepipstop,co.uk or call us on 01207 523555 for further information.

Local North East delivery is free for orders over £40. We will email you with details of your delivery day if your address qualifies for this service. You will be offered this service on checkout if your postcode is one of the ones below:

Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Please note we do not refund shipping costs. 

1. Please email info@thepipstop.co.uk to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your item has been untouched or unopened but you would like a similar or alternative product you may exchange your item. A delivery charge will be charged for re-delivery.

 

Re-delivery

If you fail to receipt your order from our courier and we receive it back in our depot due to un-delivery you will be liable to pay the shipping charges again for re-delivery.
