We aim to offer next working day delivery as standard providing your order is placed before 11am. Please note this is not a guaranteed service and may take longer during busy periods. If you choose a specific delivery date we endeavor to deliver on your chosen date, but again this is not a guaranteed service. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
For orders under £70 a delivery charge of £5.95 will apply for deliveries to Mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands
For orders over £70 delivery is free to Mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands.

Local North East delivery is free for orders over £40 (£3 under) to the following postcodes: NE13-24, NE31-66, TS1-29, DL1-17, SR1-8.
Local North East Delivery is free for orders over £20 (£3 under) to the following postcodes: DH1-9, NE1-12, NE25-30.
We will email you with details of your delivery day if your address qualifies for this service.

We are unable to accept any liability for products damaged when being shipped internationally. Any customs charges at the border of the country of delivery are the responsibility of the customer and not of The Pip Stop.
We are unable to offer next day delivery or free delivery to international orders.
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Please note we do not refund shipping costs.

Merchandise that has been opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your item has been untouched or unopened but you would like a similar or alternative product you may exchange your item. A delivery charge will be charged for re-delivery.
If you fail to receipt your order from our courier and we receive it back in our depot due to un-delivery you will be liable to pay the shipping charges again for re-delivery.
If we receive no contact from you regarding your order between the date of dispatch and an item being returned to us in this context we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, excepting the cost of the failed delivery.
